Return & Refund policy

Returns

All our product are checked and passed through quality control before posting to ensure no damage

or any blemishes or any other issue before sending to customer.

We aim to ensure you receive your item in perfect condition and we maintain our high standards.

To be eligible to make a return, you must inform us of your intention to return your item(s) and your item must be returned unused and in the same condition same tags that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the item to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any returned items are covered by appropriate carriage insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you qualify for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five working days. Please note that credit card or (paypal) processing times can vary between providers and are out of our control.  

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded/returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned, unless faulty only exchange in 7 days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

To be eligible for an exchange, you must inform us of your intention to exchange your item(s) and your item must be returned unused and in the same condition same tags that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the item to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any returned items are covered by appropriate carriage insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility. There will also be a cost for the return postage of the new item(s). Free UK postage only applies to the original order, regardless of the value of the item(s) being exchanged.
