Our ultimate aim is to provide you with high quality products that you love. We hope that you are happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes things might not be quite right and if you do need to return an item we will offer an exchange or refund

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalised items that have been ordered in error or are ordered in the wrong size. If an item is faulty we will resolve the issue as soon as possible and cover the cost of postage on return and organise a replacement

We ask that items are returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase

Returned items will only be refunded if garment labels are still attached and in saleable condition

Sale items are non refundable. However, if the garment has a genuine fault then we will exchange the item and if we are unable to do so we will issue a refund

What happens next?

Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). Please note; it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time

I cannot return my order within 14 days, what should I do?
Please contact us if you think the time frame will be a problem, we always try and work out a solution to help

How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us before sending the parcel back, let us know the problem and we will advise you on how to return it

As we are a small business, and pick and pack our orders ourselves we use Royal Mail as our delivery courier.  

If there are any issues with your delivery we will contact you and let you know.  

Contact us to let us know you’d like to return an item by emailing [email protected] and we will provide you with our postal address.

Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged on receipt, and photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.

The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility.
